1 2 #1. Page 3, by striking lines 3 and 4, and
1 3 inserting the following: "owner of a parcel of land
1 4 access to a public road if any of the".
1 5 #2. Page 3, by striking lines 9 through 15, and
1 6 inserting the following:
1 7 " . The parcel is otherwise surrounded by land
1 8 with a topography that makes access unreasonable."
1 9 #3. Page 3, by inserting after line 17, the
1 10 following:
1 11 " . A person entitled to access as provided in
1 12 this section may construct a road for automobile
1 13 traffic from the parcel to the public road. The owner
1 14 shall be responsible for constructing and maintaining
1 15 any private road from the parcel to the public road
1 16 which shall not be more than twenty feet in width
1 17 unless otherwise agree to by the parties."
1 18 #4. By relettering and renumbering as necessary.
