  1  1    Amend House File 2394 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 31, by striking the word "and".
  1  3    #2.  Page 1, line 33, by striking the word "years."
  1  4 and inserting the following:  "years; and who
  1  5 continuously maintains a clear driving record while
  1  6 administering an approved course to a student under
  1  7 this section.  A person who becomes disqualified as a
  1  8 teaching parent on the basis of the person's driving
  1  9 record while administering an approved course shall
  1 10 discontinue administering the course and shall not be
  1 11 eligible to qualify as a teaching parent until the
  1 12 person's driving record is clear and remains clear for
  1 13 two years."
