1 6 #3. Page 15, line 3, by inserting after the word
1 7 "boat." the following: "However, the commission shall
1 8 not issue more than five additional licenses to
1 9 conduct gambling games under this chapter in addition
1 10 to the number of licenses issued as of January 1,
1 11 2004, and such licenses shall only be issued for a
1 12 facility to be located in a county in which no other
1 13 licenses under this chapter have been granted and to
1 14 be located more than fifty miles from a facility to
1 15 which a license to conduct gambling games has been
1 16 granted under this chapter."
1 17 #4. Page 23, by striking lines 22 through 24 and
1 18 inserting the following: "and excursion gambling
1 19 boats, including pari-mutuel wagering, horse".
