  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8072, to House File 2302 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 16, by inserting after line 4, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 99F.7, subsection 6, Code 2003,
  1  6 is amended to read as follows:
  1  7    6.  It is the intent of the general assembly that
  1  8 employees be paid at least twenty-five percent above
  1  9 the federal minimum wage level.  Each licensee shall
  1 10 submit a yearly report to the commission listing the
  1 11 position and compensation of each officer, employee,
  1 12 or contractor of the licensee earning thirty thousand
  1 13 dollars or more for that year and listing, by salary
  1 14 and position but not by name, those employees earning
  1 15 less than thirty thousand dollars."
  1 16    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
