  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8072, to House File 2302 as

  1  3    #1.  Page 5, lines 48 and 49, by striking the words
  1  4 "dispense cash or credit" and inserting the following:
  1  5 "loan money on the basis of a credit card to a
  1  6 person".
  1  7    #2.  Page 16, lines 11 and 12, by striking the
  1  8 words "dispense cash or credit" and inserting the
  1  9 following:  "loan money on the basis of a credit card
  1 10 to a person".
