  1  3    #1.  Page 14, line 28, by striking the words
  1  4 "within Polk county", and inserting the following:  ",
  1  5 including any other qualified harness racing track
  1  6 facility as may be approved or as approved by the
  1  7 commission, that is subject to the agreement,".
