  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8072, to House File 2302 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  By striking page 17, line 41, through page 18,
  1  4 line 4, and inserting the following:  "officers for
  1  5 each excursion gambling boat for the division of
  1  6 criminal investigation's excursion gambling boat
  1  7 activities and an amount for all licensees, not to
  1  8 exceed one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars,
  1  9 representing other associated costs of the division,
  1 10 as the basis for determining the amount of revenue to
  1 11 be raised from the license fees and admission fees.
  1 12 The division's salary costs shall be limited to eighty
  1 13 percent of the salary costs for special agents and
  1 14 eighty percent of the salary costs for gaming
  1 15 enforcement for personnel assigned to excursion
  1 16 gambling boats who enforce laws and rules adopted by
  1 17 the commission."
