1 4 "Sec. . REVENUE ESTIMATING CONFERENCE –
1 5 GAMBLING REVENUE. The revenue estimating conference
1 6 shall not consider, in making any revenue projections
1 7 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004, any
1 8 additional revenues that may be derived from any
1 9 increases in fees or taxes as provided by this Act,
1 10 unless the department of revenue can quantify the
1 11 amount of such additional revenues."
1 12 #2. Page 29, by inserting after line 35 the
1 13 following:
1 14 " . The section of this Act concerning the
1 15 revenue estimating conference's determination of
1 16 gambling revenue, being deemed of immediate
1 17 importance, takes effect upon enactment."
