  1  1    Amend House File 2302 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 19, line 1, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "chapter." the following:  "In issuing up to five
  1  4 additional licenses pursuant to this subsection, the
  1  5 commission shall only consider one application per
  1  6 county in any two-year period.  If multiple applicants
  1  7 from the same county wish to apply for such a license
  1  8 within the same two-year period, the board of
  1  9 supervisors for that county shall institute a
  1 10 screening process, the end result of which shall be to
  1 11 only forward one application per two-year period to
  1 12 the commission for the commission's consideration."
