1 2 #1. Page 20, by inserting after line 10 the

1 4 "Sec. . Section 99F.7, subsection 6, Code 2003,
1 5 is amended to read as follows:
1 6 6. It is the intent of the general assembly that
1 7 employees be paid at least twenty-five percent above
1 8 the federal minimum wage level. However, full-time
1 9 employees at a facility of a licensee shall be paid
1 10 wages no less than one hundred percent of the average
1 11 regional wage where the facility is located, as
1 12 determined by the department of economic development."
