1 2 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 33 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "4. However, notwithstanding any provision of this
1 5 section to the contrary, if a gaming facility operated
1 6 under the authority of the federal Indian Gaming
1 7 Regulatory Act, 25 U.S.C. } 2701 et seq., is located
1 8 in a county eligible to receive moneys pursuant to
1 9 this section, moneys in the account for that county
1 10 shall be paid to the county treasurer for that county
1 11 for deposit in the general fund of the county."
1 12 #2. By renumbering as necessary.
