  1  3 "chapter." the following:  "In addition, a license
  1  4 shall not be issued for a facility to be located in
  1  5 the same county as, or within fifty miles of, a gaming
  1  6 facility operated under the authority of the federal
  1  7 Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, 25 U.S.C. } 2701 et
  1  8 seq."
