  1  1    Amend House File 2302 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 25, by inserting after line 6 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "e.  Two percent of the adjusted gross receipts
  1  5 shall be deposited in the per capita expenditure
  1  6 target pool created in section 426B.5, subsection 1,
  1  7 to be used as provided in that subsection."
  1  8    #2.  Page 25, line 7, by striking the letter "e."
  1  9 and inserting the following:  "f."
  1 10    #3.  Title page, line 6, by inserting after the
  1 11 words "treatment fund" the following:  ", county
  1 12 mental health and developmental disabilities property
  1 13 tax relief fund,".
  1 14    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
