1 6 1. There is appropriated from the general fund of
1 7 the state from moneys deposited in the general fund
1 8 pursuant to sections 8.57, 99D.17, and 99F.11, to the
1 9 governor's office of drug control policy for the
1 10 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004, and ending June
1 11 30, 2005, the following amount, or so much thereof as
1 12 is necessary, to be used for the purpose designated:
1 13 For allocations to counties which have not received
1 14 federal funding for locks on anhydrous ammonia tanks:
1 15 .................................................. $ 661,500"
1 16 #2. Title page, line 6, by inserting after the
1 17 words "treatment fund" the following: ", drug control
