1 5 "Sec. . NULLIFICATION OF PHASE III ELIMINATION.
1 6 Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, the
1 7 provisions of 2003 Iowa Acts, House File 549, if
1 8 enacted, the provisions of 2003 Iowa Acts, House File
1 9 700, if enacted, and the provisions of 2003 Iowa Acts,
1 10 Senate File 458, if enacted, that strike or repeal
1 11 provisions of the Code related to phase III of the
1 12 educational excellence program, are void and shall not
1 13 take effect."
1 14 #2. Title page, by striking line 1 and inserting
1 15 the following: "An Act relating to state aid for
1 16 school districts and".
1 17 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
