  1  3    #1.  Page 6, by striking lines 33 through 50 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "#   .  By striking page 24, line 11, through page
  1  6 25, line 18, and inserting the following:  "a fiscal
  1  7 year shall be expended for purposes of reducing
  1  8 tuition costs.""
  1  9    #2.  Page 7, by inserting after line 1 the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "#   .  Page 26, by striking lines 7 through 34."
  1 12    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
