  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1518, to House File 683 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 40 through 42 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 6, line 23, by inserting after the
  1  6 word "purposes" the following:  "as set out in section
  1  7 15E.111.  Of the moneys allocated under this
  1  8 subsection, at least $5,000,000 shall be used to
  1  9 provide financial assistance to producers of food
  1 10 products consumed directly in the state.  The
  1 11 financial assistance shall take the form of start-up
  1 12 assistance and assistance in establishing markets"."
