  1  6    For non-fire-related restoration of the Old Capitol
  1  7 on the University of Iowa campus in Iowa City,
  1  8 including but not limited to capital and other
  1  9 improvements related to exterior metal roofing,
  1 10 masonry repointing, and window replacement; electrical
  1 11 upgrades; asbestos abatement; elevator improvements;
  1 12 interior painting and lighting and exhibit displays;
  1 13 and site walkway and landscaping improvements:
