1 5 "Sec. . PUBLIC EMPLOYEE HEALTH INSURANCE. Any
1 6 information obtained or developed by the executive
1 7 branch regarding the concept of combining state and
1 8 local public employees for the purpose of purchasing
1 9 health insurance coverage shall be made available to
1 10 members of the general assembly and provided to
1 11 legislative staff agencies on or before December 15,
1 12 2003."
