  1  1    Amend Senate File 453, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  By striking page 1, line 3 through page 2,
  1  4 line 5.
  1  5    #2.  Page 4, by striking lines 4 through 6 and
  1  6 inserting the following:
  1  7    "Sec.    .  Sections 403.23, 405A.10, 422.65, and
  1  8 427B.19B, Code 2003, are repealed."
  1  9    #3.  Page 4, line 11, by striking the figure
  1 10 "70,000,000" and inserting the following:
  1 11 "18,898,350".
  1 12    #4.  By striking page 11, line 30 through page 13,
  1 13 line 30 and inserting the following:  
  1 14                      "DIVISION ___
  1 15                      RESERVE FUND
  1 16    Sec.    .  CASH RESERVE APPROPRIATION TO GENERAL
  1 17 FUND.
  1 18    1.  Notwithstanding section 8.56, subsection 4,
  1 19 paragraph "a", there is appropriated from the cash
  1 20 reserve fund to the general fund of the state for the
  1 21 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003, and ending June
  1 22 30, 2004, the following amount, or so much thereof as
  1 23 is necessary:  
  1 24 .................................................. $ 41,101,650
  1 25    2.  The appropriation made in this section is
  1 26 declared to be made for nonrecurring emergency
  1 27 expenditures as required in section 8.56, subsections
  1 28 3 and 4.
  1 29    Sec.    .  There is appropriated from the general
  1 30 fund of the state for the fiscal year beginning July
  1 31 1, 2003, and ending June 30, 2004, in lieu of the
  1 32 standing appropriation in section 405A.8, the
  1 33 following amount to be used for the purpose
  1 34 designated:
  1 35    For the personal property tax replacement program
  1 36 under section 405A.8:  
  1 37 .................................................. $ 51,101,650"
