  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1447, to House File 685 as

  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 21, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 6, line 20, by inserting after the
  1  6 word "program." the following:  "The department shall
  1  7 submit a report annually by March 1, to the governor
  1  8 and the general assembly delineating the success rate
  1  9 of the program that receives funding under this
  1 10 paragraph.""
