1 25 Notwithstanding 2002 Iowa Acts, chapter 1175, section
1 26 104, subsection 1, paragraph "b", as amended by 2003
1 27 Iowa Acts, House File 667, section 41, if enacted,
1 28 moneys appropriated for the fiscal year beginning July
1 29 1, 2003, and ending June 30, 2004, for deposit in the
1 30 risk pool pursuant to that paragraph shall be
1 31 transferred to the medical assistance appropriation
1 32 for the same fiscal year.
1 33 Sec. . ENDOWMENT FOR IOWA'S HEALTH ACCOUNT –
1 34 TRANSFER. In addition to the amount transferred
1 35 pursuant to section 12E.12, subsection 1, paragraph
1 36 "b", subparagraph (2), subparagraph subdivision (b),
1 37 $4,600,000 is transferred from the endowment for
1 38 Iowa's health account of the tobacco settlement trust
1 39 fund created in section 12E.12 to the healthy Iowans
1 40 tobacco trust created in section 12.65 for the fiscal
1 41 year beginning July 1, 2003, and ending June 30,
1 42 2004."
