  1  1    Amend Senate File 445, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 12, by striking lines 25 and 26 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  CONTINGENT EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act is
  1  6 contingent upon and takes effect upon the date of the
  1  7 enactment of an Act creating the Iowa values fund and
  1  8 making an appropriation from that fund of $250,000,000
  1  9 to the secure an advanced vision for education fund."
