  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-1369, to House File
  1  2 594, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 27 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 3, line 13, by inserting after the
  1  7 words "to the fund." the following:  "Notwithstanding
  1  8 section 8.33, moneys remaining in the fund at the end
  1  9 of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund
  1 10 of the state but are appropriated to the department of
  1 11 human services for the purpose of increasing
  1 12 registered child care inspections.""
