  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-1369, to House File
  1  2 594, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 27 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 2, line 12, by inserting after the
  1  7 words "in this state." the following:  "Fees collected
  1  8 pursuant to this section shall not be deposited in the
  1  9 general fund of the state but are appropriated to the
  1 10 department of human services for the purpose of
  1 11 increasing registered child care inspections.""
