  1  1    Amend Senate File 396, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 7, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act, being deemed
  1  6 of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment."
  1  7    #2.  Title page, line 1, by striking the word
  1  8 "pullets" and inserting the following:  "fowl".
  1  9    #3.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1 10 word "Act" the following:  ", and providing an
  1 11 effective date".
  1 12    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
