such committee Senators Iverson and Gronstal.

COMMITTEE FROM THE HOUSE

A committee from the House appeared and announced that the
House was ready to adjourn sine die.

REPORT OF COMMITTEE TO NOTIFY THE HOUSE

Senator Iverson reported that the committee appointed to notify
the House that the Senate was ready to adjourn sine die had
performed its duty.

The report was received and the committee was discharged.

REPORT OF COMMITTEE TO NOTIFY THE GOVERNOR

Senator Gronstal reported that the committee appointed to notify
the Governor that the Senate was ready to adjourn sine die had
performed its duty.

The report was received and the committee was discharged.

FINAL ADJOURNMENT

By virtue of House Concurrent Resolution 124, duly adopted, the
day of April 12, 2002, having arrived, President Kramer declared the
2002 Regular Session of the Seventy-ninth General Assembly
adjourned sine die.
