Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
Senate File 2258 and House Files 582, 2447, 2515, and 2622 be
immediately messaged to the House.
LEAVE OF ABSENCE
Leave of absence was granted as follows:
Senator Fraise, for the remainder of the day, on request of Senator Hansen.
REFUSAL OF GOVERNOR'S APPOINTMENT
(Individual Confirmation Calendar)
Senator Iverson called up the appointment of Lee Clancey, as a
member of the State Racing and Gaming Commission, previously
deferred.
President Kramer took the chair at 5:47 p.m.
Senator Iverson moved that the foregoing appointment be
confirmed by the Senate.
On the question "Shall the appointee be confirmed?" the vote was:
