Senator Maddox called up the appointment of Jack P. Ketterer, as
Administrator of the State Racing and Gaming Commission, placed
on the Individual Confirmation Calendar on March 27, 2002, and
found on page 847 of the Senate Journal.
Senator McKean moved that the foregoing appointment be
confirmed by the Senate.
