CONFIRMATION OF GOVERNOR’S APPOINTMENT
(Individual Confirmation Calendar)

Senator Iverson called up the appointment of Mary Elizabeth
Brandsgard, as Chairperson of the Iowa Telecommunications and
Technology Commission, placed on the Individual Confirmation
Calendar on March 28, 2002, and found on page 862 of the Senate
Journal.

Senator Deluhery moved that the foregoing appointment be
confirmed by the Senate.

On the question "Shall the appointee be confirmed?" the vote was:
