CONFIRMATION OF GOVERNOR’S APPOINTMENTS
(Individual Confirmation Calendar)

Senator Iverson called up the appointment of Steven Chapman, as
a member of the State Racing and Gaming Commission, placed on the
Individual Confirmation Calendar on March 27, 2002, and found on
page 847 of the Senate Journal.

Senator Kibbie moved that the foregoing appointment be
confirmed by the Senate.

On the question "Shall the appointee be confirmed?" the vote was:
