Senator Kibbie called for the following division of amendment

Senator Kibbie withdrew division S-5458B.

Senator Kibbie moved the adoption of division S-5458A.

Division S-5458A lost by a voice vote.

Senator Kibbie offered amendment S-5451, filed by Senators
Kibbie, Soukup, and Fraise from the floor to page 23 of amendment
S-5437, and moved its adoption.

A record roll call was requested.
