The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2320, a bill for
an act relating to the assessment of court fees by the clerk of district
court, deferred April 4, 2002.

Senator Fiegen offered amendment S-5395, filed by Senators
Fiegen and Holveck on April 4, 2002, to page 2 of the bill, and moved
its adoption.

A record roll call was requested.

On the question "Shall amendment S-5395 be adopted?"
