Senate File 2328

On motion of Senator Boettger, Senate File 2328, a bill for an act
providing for the establishment of the state percent of growth for
purposes of the state school foundation program and providing an
applicability date, with report of committee recommending passage,
was taken up for consideration.

Senator Connolly offered amendment S-5382, filed by Senator
Connolly, et al., from the floor to page 1 of the bill, and moved its
adoption.

A record roll call was requested.

On the question "Shall amendment S-5382 be adopted?"
