Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 2321 (SSB 3194), a bill for an act relating to sales
and use taxes by requiring the department of revenue and finance to collect data on the
extent and the effect on taxes of electronic commerce in the state, striking the repeal of
the tax treatment of sales where the substance of the transaction is delivered by
electronic waves, digitally, or by way of cable or fiber optics, and establishing a
committee to enter into multistate discussions on the simplification of the sales and
use taxes and including an effective date.

Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

Final Vote: Ayes, 12: McKibben, McKinley, Harper, Bolkcom, Connolly, Deluhery,
Drake, Greiner, Maddox, Miller, Redwine, and Rehberg. Nays, none. Absent or not

credits and related standards for health care coverage for neurobiological disorders,
