IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED

Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
Senate Concurrent Resolution 109, Senate Files 2197 and 2316,
and House Files 2247, 2344, 2418, 2482, 2495, 2536, 2552, and
2571 be immediately messaged to the House.

HOUSE MESSAGE RECEIVED AND CONSIDERED

The following message was received from the Chief Clerk of the
House:

MADAM PRESIDENT: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the
House has on March 26, 2002, amended and passed the following bill in which the
concurrence of the House was asked:

Senate File 348, a bill for an act relating to the establishment of
Iowa charter schools. (S-5259)

ADJOURNMENT

On motion of Senator Iverson, the Senate adjourned at 4:57 p.m.
until 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2002.
