CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION
(Regular Calendar)

Senator Boettger asked and received unanimous consent to take
up for consideration Senate Concurrent Resolution 109.

Senate Concurrent Resolution 109

On motion of Senator Hansen, Senate Concurrent Resolution 109,
a concurrent resolution requesting that the governor annually
designate the third week in the month of October as Cultural
Awareness Week, with report of committee recommending passage,
was taken up for consideration.

Senator Hansen moved the adoption of Senate Concurrent
Resolution 109, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

LEAVE OF ABSENCE

Leave of absence was granted as follows:

Senator McKinley, until he returns, on request of Senator McKibben.
