have been confirmed by the Senate.

Senator Jensen called up the appointment of Diane Munns, as
Chair of the Utilities Board, placed on the Individual Confirmation
Calendar on March 5, 2002, and found on page 490 of the Senate
Journal.

Senator Jensen moved that the foregoing appointment be
confirmed by the Senate.

On the question "Shall the appointee be confirmed?" the vote was:
