On motion of Senator Jensen, House File 2109, a bill for an act
relating to the regulation of games of skill or chance and raffles
conducted for fundraising by charitable, religious, educational, public,
civic, or patriotic organizations, or other entities, or between
individuals, with report of committee recommending passage, was
taken up for consideration.

Senator Kibbie asked and received unanimous consent that action
on House File 2109 be deferred.
