Senator Angelo asked and received unanimous consent to take up
for consideration Senate File 2259.
Senate File 2259
On motion of Senator Connolly, Senate File 2259, a bill for an act
amending Code provisions administered by the department of
education, including provisions related to participation in
extracurricular activities, tuition reimbursement payment by school
districts under the postsecondary enrollment options Act,
interscholastic activities agreements, school infrastructure program
calculations, phase I payment calculations, and the use of phase III
balances by school districts and area education agencies, was taken
up for consideration.
Senator Connolly moved that the bill be read the last time now and
placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
the bill was read the last time.
On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (S.F. 2259), the vote was:
