following amendments out of order:
S-5034, filed by Senators Holveck and Hammond on February 13,
2002, to page 6 of the bill; and
S-5035, filed by Senators Holveck and Hammond on February 13,
2002, to page 6 of bill.
Senator Schuerer moved that the bill be read the last time now
and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote,
and the bill was read the last time.
