Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
for consideration Senate File 2118.

Senate File 2118

On motion of Senator Redwine, Senate File 2118, a bill for an act
prohibiting certain activities related to the use or destruction of the
materials of human reproduction, and providing penalties, was taken
up for consideration.

Senator Hammond offered amendment S-5110, filed by Senator
Hammond, et al., from the floor to pages 1, 2, and to the title page of
the bill, and moved its adoption.

A record roll call was requested.

On the question "Shall amendment S-5110 be adopted?"
(S.F. 2118), the vote was:
