Senator Iverson announced that, effective immediately, State
Senator Paul McKinley is appointed to fill the vacancy on the
Administrative Rules Review Committee created by the resignation
from the Senate by State Senator Merlin Bartz.

INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION
Senate Concurrent Resolution 116, by Hammond, Fiegen, and
Dvorsky, a concurrent resolution requesting the legislative council to
create, in consultation with the judicial branch and the governor, a
task force to study options for restructuring Iowa's state and local
governments.
