Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.
Final Vote: Ayes, 12: McKibben, McKinley, Harper, Connolly, Deluhery, Drake,
Greiner, Lamberti, Maddox, Miller, Redwine, and Rehberg. Nays, none. Absent or not
voting, 3: Bolkcom, Flynn, and Holveck.
Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.
ALSO:
Final Bill Action: *SENATE FILE 2306 (formerly SF 148), a bill for an act making
interest on bonds and notes issued for school infrastructure purposes exempt from
state income tax.
