House File 2245
The Senate resumed consideration of House File 2245, a bill for
an act relating to the medical assistance program, making
appropriations and transfers of funds, and providing an effective
date, previously deferred.
Senator Shearer offered amendment S-5029, filed by him from the
floor to pages 1 and 2 of the bill, and moved its adoption.
A record roll call was requested.
On the question "Shall amendment S-5029 be adopted?"
