INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION
Senate Joint Resolution 2001, by Redwine, a joint resolution
proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Iowa
granting to the people the power to affirm or reject Acts of the
General Assembly relating to the individual income tax or sales or
use tax.
Read first time under Rule 28 and referred to committee on Ways
and Means.
INTRODUCTION OF BILLS
Senate File 2025, by committee on Ways and Means, a bill for an
act relating to economic stimulus measures for businesses by creating
an Iowa capital investment board, authorizing the organization of an
Iowa capital investment corporation and an Iowa fund of funds, and
authorizing the issuance of contingent tax credits to investors in the
Iowa fund of funds; establishing a new economy employment
initiative by providing for a partial deduction under the individual
