for an act relating to the office of secretary of state and the conduct of
elections and of voter registration in the state and including effective
and applicability date provisions, amended by the Senate, and moved
that the House concur in the following Senate amendment H-8536:

1 Amend House File 2472, as amended, passed, and
2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
3 1. Page 1, by striking lines 26 through 28.
4 2. By striking page 1, line 29 through page 2,
5 line 7.
6 3. Page 11, line 6, by inserting after the word
7 "person" the following: "described in section 222.2,
8 subsection 4,".
