1 Amend the House amendment, S-5280, to Senate File
2 2228, as passed by the Senate, as follows:
3 1. Page 1, by inserting after line 2 the
4 following:
5 " . Page 1, by striking line 3 and inserting
6 the following:
7 "3. The purchase of buildings and the purchase,
8 lease, or lease-purchase of a single"."
9 2. By renumbering as necessary.

The motion prevailed and the House concurred in the Senate
amendment H-8543, to the House amendment.

Brunkhorst of Bremer moved that the bill, as amended by the
House, further amended by the Senate and concurred in by the
House, be read a last time now and placed upon its passage which
motion prevailed and the bill was read a last time.
