The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to have passed the House and the title, as amended, was agreed to. SENATE AMENDMENT CONSIDERED Shey of Linn called up for consideration Senate File 2275, a bill for an act relating to statutory corrections which may adjust language to reflect current practices, insert earlier omissions, delete redundancies and inaccuracies, delete temporary language, resolve inconsistencies and conflicts, update ongoing provisions, or remove ambiguities and including effective and retroactive applicability date provisions, amended by the House, further amended by the Senate and moved that the House concur in the following Senate amendment H-8491 to the House amendment: H-8491 1 Amend the amendment, S-5270, to Senate File 2275, 2 as passed by the Senate, as follows: 3 1. Page 1, by inserting after line 38, the 4 following: 5 " . By striking page 69, line 5, through page 6 71, line 20." 7 2. By renumbering as necessary. The motion prevailed and the House concurred in the Senate amendment H-8491, to the House amendment. Shey of Linn moved that the bill, as amended by the House, further amended by the Senate and concurred in by the House, be read a last time now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read a last time.
