Unfinished Business Calendar
Senate File 2118, a bill for an act prohibiting certain activities
related to the use or destruction of the materials of human
reproduction, and providing penalties, with report of committee
recommending passage, was taken up for consideration.
Hansen of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent
to withdraw amendment H-8322 filed by him and Myers of Johnson
on March 18, 2002, placing out of order amendment H-8394 filed by
Dolecheck, et al., on March 20, 2002.
